If I happen to wait for my car arrival, will you bill me for my waiting time?

You customers receiving a FREE waiting time, the waiting time, however depends on the type of car they have selected.

The FREE waiting time is provided as follows:

Sedans – receive 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights.
Limousines – receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 45 minutes free on international flights.
SUVs – receive 20 minutes free on domestic and 30 minutes free on international flights.

How will I find out when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

Your chauffeur will be holding a sign with your name, which will make it easy for you to locate him. The “meet and greet” is a perfect way to be welcomed by our company.

Stretch Limousines they are available in many colors. TV, DVD and CD player are also included in the limo. Fully quipped Bar included with either soft drinks or hard liquor. Upon request for specialty liquor at additional fee.

What if I am unable to arrive on scheduled time (“No Show”)?

ALL “no shows” will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must:

1. Call (404) 664 0079 so that one of our service representatives will assist you, including locating your driver.

If I need to cancel an airport pick up, what is your policy?

We must be notified about cancellation at least 48 hours before your arrival. To avoid charges you must cancel your reservation within 48 before service time. You must provide confirmation number for each reservation.


* Cancellations by phone accepted only weekdays bet. 10am-8pm

What is your Guarantee of Service?

After you have received your reservation confirmation, your car is guaranteed to be at the scheduled time and location. (For guarantee to be effective, your reservation must be completed at least 72 hour prior to the service time and we have to be provided a valid credit card.)

What are minimum hours for hourly rates?

Our rates are by the hour (BTH) also known as A/D (as directed).

2hrs   minimum on weekdays     (Mon-Thur)
3hrs   minimum on weekends     (Fri-Sun)
5hrs minimum any day if traveling outside of the greater city limits

All HOURLY RATES-BASED ON A GARAGE TO GARAGE TRAVEL TIME!!!
